Kailey Guillemin

I graduated from the Journalism program at the University of Regina in 2015. I then went on to finish my degree in Religious Studies which was completed at the end of 2015. I hope to one day combine my love for words with my interest in religions around the world.

Originally from Estevan, Saskatchewan, moving to Regina to further my education was the best decision I made for myself. Journalism school taught me everything I need to know to succeed in this tough field. Religious Studies opened my mind to new ways of thinking I never would have expected.

I created a new life for myself that has helped get me to where I am today. Through the support from my family and friends along the way, I completed all my education and have now been freelancing. I currently write for The Quad Town Forum in Vibank, Saskatchewan.

When I'm not working or interviewing people and writing stories, I like to relax with my boyfriend and puppy (Juno the Bugg). I spend my hours working on my knitting (I do sell little things), catching up on my shows and chasing the dog around the apartment. I wouldn't have it any other way.

I believe that everyone has a voice that deserves to be shared. I want to be the one that shares it.
